Shipping Policy
At Klinik Huda, we strive to deliver your health and wellness products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms for orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all states within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order:
- Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate RM10 per order
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Flat rate RM20 per order
- In-Clinic Pickup: Free — collect your order at Klinik Huda Meru during operating hours
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
